Student club terms and conditions

Our community hub wants everyone to feel welcome and safe. We don’t Encourage rude or disruptive behavior. If clients or their guests don’t show respect or act in a disruptive way, their contract might be ended or ban from entering the premises.

 

The Student Club serves as a platform to link students with pertinent career opportunities. By accessing and using this page, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before you start using the platform.

 

Eligibility:

 

  • You must be an enrolled student
  • You must possess a valid student card.
Access Control Cards:

 

  • Work pod’s Access Control cards will be provided within 1 week of onboarding. (Only applicable for a minimum of 3 months contract)
  • Personnel should carry their Workpod ID at all times for entry.
  • Clients must inform reception of any additions/deletions to the list of Personnel and return cards upon contract end.
  • Lost or misplaced cards will incur a replacement cost of Rs. 1000.

 

No Expectation of Privacy:

 

  • By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy or security with respect to Workpod’ internet connection, networks, telecommunications systems, or information processing systems. You further acknowledge and agree that your activity, files, or messages on or using any of those systems may be monitored at any time without notice for security purposes and to ensure compliance with our policies, irrespective of whether such activity occurs on equipment owned by you or by us.

 

Content Moderation:

 

  • Workpod reserves the right to remove any content within our premises that violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • We may also remove content that is deemed inappropriate or irrelevant to the purpose of the Student Club.
Amendments:
  • We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on the Student Club. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions regularly. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the amendments.
Governing Law:
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Parking & Valet Rules:
  • Valet service will be available for all clients and guests from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Companies will get an option for reserving a spot for PKR 8,000 / month provided slots are available.
  • All clients with a designated slot can only park their vehicles in the allotted space.
  • Only clients are allowed to park in the non-reserved parking spaces on a first come first served basis.
  • Please be advised that parking is at your own risk

 

First Aid & Medical Support Rules:
  • All clients or guests have to request the Workpod community team or assistant manager in order to access the first aid kit.
  • In case of a medical emergency, anyone can dial 1122 or ask the community team or reception to seek external help.
  • All emergency rules will be thoroughly explained during the Orientation Day.
  • In case of an earthquake or fire, an emergency alarm will encourage all the members throughout the premises and outside areas, causing all personnel to evacuate the building immediately through both the front and back exits.
Smoking Policy:
  • Workpod offers a smoke-free healthy environment. However, Workpod’ staff, clients, personnel and guests who wish to smoke will be provided with the following designated smoking areas: the Rooftop.
  • Any smoking indoors, at the staircases or inside offices will be fined at PKR 10,000 for clients and the license will be suspended.
